Notifyr 4.3 release notes
Release date: 9 July 2019
One of the most requested features for Notifyr is to be able to receive a notification when a specific directory or file has changes. I'm happy to announce that the 4.3 release of Notifyr enabled you to do just that!
Individual users can specify their patterns in the new 'Advanced' section of their repository watch configuration. Of course, there is also the possibility to apply the filePattern to a Notification Hook configured in JSON.
Right to erasure
Under Article 17 of the GDPR, individuals have the right to have personal data erased, also known as the ‘right to be forgotten.’ Since Bitbucket 5.16 administrators can anonymize deleted users to remove that user's data. When a user is anonymized, Notifyr will remove all watches and settings from this user.
Upcoming changes
Project and repository favorites will be moved to a separate Bitbucket app soon and then removed from Notifyr. I'm working on making the transition as seamless as possible. If you have any concerns, tips, or general feedback on this transition, please reach out and let us start the conversation.
